MAE Angora

Turkish Angoras – We are a small hobby breeders of Turkish Angoras.

MAE Angora – Information – This is how it all started.

MAE Angora was founded in Wisconsin by Danielle, alongside MAE Boerboel. The journey began with the search for the perfect male, leading to the acquisition of Eliteangora MAE Floki. To further enhance the breeding program, Danielle imported the exceptional Bahira Coonberg LV* from overseas. Floki and Bahira welcomed their first litter on May 16, 2022, marking a significant milestone for MAE Angora. From this special litter, Danielle retained MAE Aria, ensuring the continuation of their outstanding lineage.

MAE Major Whiskerton, a distinguished offspring from Floki and Bahira’s first litter, resides in Utah and is proudly co-owned by Danielle and Adrienne. As Major matured, the search for his perfect companion began. In April 2023, Je Ris KikiArmari of MAE Angora UT was carefully selected and brought home from Florida, marking an exciting new chapter in the breeding program.

Danielle and Adrienne have shared a close friendship for nearly 20 years, originally bonding over their ownership of South African Boerboel littermates. Their collaboration remains strong, with daily communication and a shared commitment to developing the MAE Angora bloodlines. With their combined expertise and dedication, they provide invaluable insight and support to kitten owners, ensuring a well-rounded and knowledgeable resource for any questions.
